J.D.B Dense Flow has Dense Phase conveying experiemce dating back to 1976.  Our experience is now being applied to designing and manufacturing the most effective, efficent, high quality dense phase systems available.  Our systems are most effective when conveying abrasive granular materials with little to no moisture.  Our systems require little maintenance due to the low material velocity (less than 1500 FPM).

J.D.B. Dense Flows designs and manufactures a variety of pipeline components specifically made for pneumatic conveying systems.  The unique design of our pocket elbows and diverter valves greatly increases their lifespan when compared to a traditional design like a sweep bend.  Also, our Densalloy pipe goes through a heat treating process that gives it a lifespan that is 3 - 5 time longer than a peice of standard SCH. pipe.

J.D.B Dense Flow Dust Collection systems consist of two unique compact designs (Round, and Square).  Capacities of our bin vents extend up to 1800 CFM depending on the material charicteristics.  All of our dust collection units feature an air pulse cartridge cleaning system, and minimum three cartridges per unit.  Our round units feature a top cartridge removal system, and the square units utilize an easy cartridge rack removal system.
