Standard Conveying and Batch Weighing

Standard Dense Flow conveying systems consist basically of a Pump Vessel or Transporter which fills with material from a storage silo or use bin and is conveyed through a pipeline in a dense mass using compressed air. Conveying from point "A" to point "B" in a plant application is accomplished with ease using standard schedule pipe or tubing. The exclusive Dense Flow Elbows make the system as easy to install as a waterline. There are very few moving parts so it is almost noiseless and requires little maintenance. This same standard style of conveying can also be adapted to Batch Weighing, utilizing load cells and scaling equipment to weigh predetermined amounts of material and convey them to use bins or hoppers above mixers in a plant process.
