DENSE PHASE PNEUMATIC CONVEYING
| The Dense Flow System
utilizes five key components in its Dense Phase
Pneumatic Conveying Process: The Dense Flow
Pump, Charging Hopper, Cone Valve, Pocket Elbow, and
Air Control System. Each componentt in the Dense
Flow system has been developed over the last 5 decades
to insure our systems convey the maximum amount of
material with the minimum amount of air. |

DUST COLLECTION
|
JDB Dense Flow Dust Collection
Systems consist of two styles of compact bin vents
which range in capabilities from 252 - 1856 CFM.
All JDB bin vent models feature a compact design,
clean pulse technology, easy cartridge removal, and
spun bond filter cartridge media. All units use
a minimum of 3 filter cartridges to allow for
sufficent cleaning and increased filter lifespan. |

RAILCAR UNLOAD SYSTEMS
| JDB Dense Flow Railcar Unload
Systems are available in 3 basic configurations. The
most common configuration is a basic Dense Phase
Pneumatic Conveying system where the pressure vessel
is mounted in a pit below the railcar and is gravity
fed. Other configurations where the option of a
pit below the railcar is unavailable include a vacuum
system where material is vacuum conveyed from the
railcar into a surge hopper and then to its final
destination by a basic dense phase system.
Similarly a semi - dense phase Elbow conveyor can be
used to transport material with posative pressure into
a larger basic dense phase system and then on to its final
destination. |

TRUCK UNLOAD SYSTEMS
| The
basic components that make up a JDB Dense Flow Truck
Unload System include: Dense Flow Male Tube Assembly,
Densealloy Pipe, Alignemt Couplings, Dense Flow Pocket
Elbows, and a Dense Flow Compact Bin Vent. |
